Ran two of the earliest clinical trials testing low-dose naltrexone (LDN) for fibromyalgia pain and currently leads an LDN dose-finding trial for ME/CFS. His own pilot data is promising; a larger, independent trial has since failed to beat placebo, and he states that tension plainly rather than only citing his own result.
