Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at yourprotocol.ai (the "Site"), operated by Protocol AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as YourProtocol ("YourProtocol," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

1. Educational Purpose Only

The Site summarises publicly available work by third-party experts and links to the original sources. All content on the Site, including protocol summaries, references, and commentary (collectively, the "Content"), is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The Content does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical, health, clinical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice.

2. No Professional Relationship

Your access to or use of the Site does not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and YourProtocol or between you and any expert whose work is summarised or referenced on the Site. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any health protocol, supplement, medication, diet, or exercise regimen, and you should never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you have read on the Site.

3. Assumption of Risk

Health protocols carry inherent risks, and individual circumstances vary. Any decision to act on information found on the Site is made solely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourProtocol accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Content.

4. Accuracy of Content; No Warranty

The Content reflects our good-faith reading and summarisation of the cited sources as at the date of publication. Research evolves, sources may be revised or retracted, and summaries may contain errors or become out of date. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROTOCOL AI LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE OR THE CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

6. Third-Party Content, Sources, and Trademarks

The names of experts, publications, organisations, brands, and products referenced on the Site, and any associated trademarks, belong to their respective owners and are used solely for the purposes of identification, citation, and commentary. Their inclusion on the Site does not imply, and must not be represented as implying, any affiliation with, sponsorship of, or endorsement of YourProtocol by those parties, nor any endorsement by YourProtocol of those parties. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website.

7. Intellectual Property

Subject to the rights of third parties in the underlying works referenced on the Site, the Site and its original content, including its selection, arrangement, summaries, text, design, and branding, are owned by Protocol AI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; (d) use automated means, including scrapers, bots, or crawlers, to access or extract Content at scale without our prior written consent; or (e) misrepresent the Content as professional advice or as being endorsed by the experts referenced on the Site.

9. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protocol AI LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of the Content at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, provided that nothing in this Section deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YourProtocol regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings on that subject.

13. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms may be submitted through the contact facility on the Site or to legal@yourprotocol.ai.
