How we grade evidence

YourProtocol grades every protocol and product by evidence strength, cites each step to its original source, and shows an Updated date so you can see how current it is. We curate the published work of named experts; we do not endorse them and we do not sell the protocols.

The evidence grades

Every cited product or step carries an evidence grade, so you can tell a randomized-trial-backed recommendation from a widely-sold-but-unproven one at a glance.

Clinical
Strong human evidence. Backed by randomized controlled trials or robust human studies. The highest bar on the site.
Mixed
Some or emerging evidence. Early, limited, or mixed human data. Plausible and often reasonable, but not settled.
Commercial
Weak or unproven, sold widely. Popular and heavily marketed, but the human evidence is thin or absent. We label it plainly rather than hide it.
Equipment / Test
Not an evidence claim. Hardware or a test (a sauna, a monitor, a lab panel), graded for what it is, not for a health outcome.
Whole-protocol flags
Cautioned
Credible, but cautioned. A real expert approach that is off-label, experimental, or evidence-mixed. We keep the specific caveats visible on the page.
Expert claim only
Not scientifically supported. An idea a public figure promotes that mainstream evidence does not back. We include it, clearly labeled, so you can weigh it, never as a site endorsement.
How current it is

Protocols are reviewed and refreshed on a rolling basis as stronger evidence, clearer primary sources, or better media appear. Every protocol page shows an Updated date that reflects its last real content change, not a deploy timestamp, so freshness means something.

How we source and review

Each protocol is built from the publicly available work of a named expert, podcasts, papers, talks, and their own writing, and every step is cited straight to that source. Content is editorially reviewed for accuracy and clarity against those sources; formal, credentialed medical review is being added. We are independent: protocols are not created, reviewed, endorsed by, or affiliated with the experts, and we do not sell the protocols. This is educational information, not medical advice.

⚠️ Educational information only, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician before changing your health routine.
